Right now reminds me of MDM and Pangea .... Pangea jv'd the Tulawaka property from MDN.... 70%/ 30%

They proved up some resources and Barrick took out Pangea for $7.00/ share.... MDN held out.... they didn't even bring the offer to the shareholders... Barrick got slighted by this and according to the jv agreement MDN would have to pay 30% of the exploration costs after earn in By the jv partner.

Barrick immediately lined up a 15 million dollar program and told MDN to cough up their 4.5 million.... One thing lead to to another and evenually the MDN shareholders have benifited..... but this took many years to come to fruitation and dilluted the company 4 fold from it's original tight float.... I know this play well.... and it is this type of event we want to stay clear of...

Many times Jr's enter into partnerships with other jr's.... and these deals have a mutual relationship..... when a major takes out one of the parties, things can change radically and that same agreement can become a huge burden on the minor player....JMHO

A buy out of NOT could come at any time.... ideally PRB and FNC would become part of it.... PRB has stratigic location.... I figure we should sell these 3 properties to NOT for 10 million NOT shares..... divvy out 6 million 1 for 5 and the company hold the balance... This would be a win win for shareholders of both NOT and PRB........ Too rich for NOT..... Tooo bad..... !

The Northern block and the southwesten block are stratigic.... one only has to look at the map on the PRB website and it couldn't be more obvious...LOL

Nobody needs insurance untill an event makes one thankfull they underwrote the policy.....Perfect timing for a stratigic move and negotiation.

I figure PRB is not going to get any cheaper than right now...... One hit and PRB will parrallel NOTs share price as we have only 25% of their float.... Do we take our chances or take the sure thing ... limit the upside a bit... but avoid dilution down the road.... More to consider than rolling the dice .
