I think the smart money is actually loading up the beef here....
I have been picking away for several weeks.. Tha Kaiser report added additional confidence for my decission to accumulate.... couple this with the info from PRB on the website downloads .
PRD has several targets immediately to the North of the discovery holes... I have been told that Nemis approached mang of PRB wanted to Jv these properties back in August.
One never knows untill it is drilled..... PRB could be a huge winner of a dud..... Thems the breaks...
I suggested to PRB managment they get back to Nemis and offer this: Sell the 3 blocks to NOT for 10 Milion NOT shares....
These could be dividended out to PRB share holders on a 1 for 5 basis.... PRB would retain the balance.....
WHY would NOT want to do this?
This is a stratigic property located immediatley to the north of the deposit..... Timing could not be more perfect...JMHO
There would be mutual benifit from all parties concerned.... Takes the risk out of PRB and has the added benifit of exposure to NOT play....... Not has the posible northern extension covered..... Is it worth the added dilution to secure this potential extension..... I think so...jmho
If PRB hits the stock price will mimic a portion of NOT's market cap, and with the small float of PRB that translates into a huge gap up....
On the other hand if they miss..... Well thats the risk reward profile right now.
Certainly making a stock trade for these key properties would remove risk on all parties involved....JMHO

Also detail on hole 3... "undercut the deposit "
"Hole NOT-07-03 and NOT-07-04 were positioned 100 metres to the northeast and southwest of the first two holes respectively. These holes failed to intersect the mineralized zone and were in granodiorite for the entire length. These two holes were designed to test the northeastern and southwestern extension of the electromagnetic and magnetically rendered anomaly. It has been interpreted, from the existing geophysics and geological observations, that these holes respectively undercut and overcut the mineralized zone observed in the first two holes. New grid lines have now been cut, oriented in two directions normal to each other, where detailed ground magnetic and horizontal-loop electromagnetic surveys are under way. In addition, Misse a la Masse (MALM) borehole and surface surveys are under way to provide 3-D mapping of this occurrence, results of which will be used to facilitate a more detailed interpretation of the sulphide target."

As stated earlier (reported in Stockwatch on Sept. 19, 2007) additional holes have been completed on the Double Eagle project. Hole NOT-07-03 and NOT-07-04 were positioned 100 metres to the northeast and southwest of the first two holes, respectively. These holes failed to intersect the mineralized zone and were in granodiorite for the entire length. These two holes were designed to test near surface, the northeastern and southwestern extension of the electromagnetic and magnetically rendered anomaly. Possible strike extensions to the mineralized zone are being determined from current geophysical surveying.
