Seems to me a lot of people buying in to an area play because it's cheaper (per share) than buying Noront. Also, of course, much more risk as land being accumulated could turn out to be moose pasture.

Probe is in a different situation since their claim is sooooo close to big find. Somehow the market doesn't seem to care.
