My feeling is that Probe will be doing surface exploration as they already have air born survey results. More detail can be obtained this way and the property next to Noront has to be high priority.

Probe to me has higher value that other area plays because of it's close proximity. Everyone seems to forget that there has been a lot of drilling done in this area over the past few years. That includes drilling on Probe's properties.

Nobody has found anything like Noront, and similar abnormalities have had a lot of holes poked in them. Nickle/copper ore bodies are not going to be easy to find and some will be very deep (see Voisey Bay). It will be many months of drilling before someone else hits. Area plays are risky and the current valuation is pretty high as results from expensive drilling is not guaranteed.
