I like PSTI and own some shares but your reference to "Pink" is not fair as Mesoblast is traded on the AX and the MBLTY is a 5:1 ADR just to be accurate. This is common for foreign stocks to offer access to US markets while fully reporting on their home exchange (see Nintendo NTDOY.PK as another example).

Touched a nice 52 week high again today :)

Okay - my bad... but is their filings done in English so we can read them and fwiw on yahoo you have to use suffix pk because it's just that non-reporting in USA.

Gotcha - when a company does this, I am familiar with some TSX mineral stocks doing this,and at some brockerages discression won't let you trade them; which isn't the case here.

When a company does this, we need to sit up and take notice. PSTI has broken all resistance for the last 2-1/2 years except for one day's worth way back on February '09! Note also that volume started consistently increasing since mid July '09, then increasing again since October 2010. If anyone's noticed this stock has been gaining in volume and price in the face of a down market these last 2 days. Nothing shows strength better than a stock that continues ascending on increasing volume contrary to overall market direction. What this says to me is the funds and institutions are buying.

Here's a more detailed analysis of the last 6 months:

Chart Pattern: Ascending Triangle, all indicators/overlays are harmonious (very bullish);
Target Price: $2.62
Resistance: None (Nearest resistance is approx. 2-1/2 years old);
Volume: Increasing since July '09 to present; marked increase since October 2010 to present;
ADX: +DI showing great strength as seen in the sharp upward angle; ADX complimenting/confirming strength as seen in its sharp upward arc;
StochRSI: Demonstrating strong positive market sentiment/momentum;
CMF: Demonstrating strong buying pressure;
5, 10, 20MA: Aligned in correct order (5 over 10 over 20) and also showing great strength to existing move in their sharp upward angles;
Short-Term Trendline: Since beginning of January 2011 showing great strength to existing move.
