IMO People have seen that even a favorable marksman will lead to further delays/waiting when the biggies request reexams and people are just burnt-out on it all.

It's all about revenues / clear distinct revenues not into all the hush-hush legal crap, where the the shareholders are treated like mushrooms and the lawyers are the only ones making money.
