Emma - I was thinking the news might be a positive because they no longer care if their private backers sell all their stock. I would think that the restriction not to sell was in place to prevent the stock from completely tanking. Now they don't care if they all sell. I hope I'm interpreting this correctly. The volume was unusually high (for PSTI) yesterday. It looked like a lot of PIPE stock holders were selling but there was a good amount of buying to counter act.
