I've got to believe they have news to share when they move to the NAZ.  I think they're aware that going on the NAZ with no news "and" no income is "suicide".  I emailed IR to ask them if he thought it was the right time to go to the NAZ.  He said that the company is well aware of what happens to biotech companies who move to the NAZ.
