Pluristem will not automatically be listed on the NASDAQ. Pluristem must first meet specfic requirement in order to be listed. I believe one of the requirements is to maintain a share price at or above $5.00 for specified length of time and at the time of the actual listing. I also think there is a specified amount of income a company must earn in order to be listed.
