I think this is great news..for PLRS, not in most cases of course, but  I think PLRS will have some exciting news to match up to today's PR

What instances require a change in the CUSIP number?
The CUSIP number is assigned to each issue and may need to be changed when there is a:

  • Change in company name;
  • Reorganization;
  • Merger;
  • Reverse stock split; or
  • Emergence from bankruptcy.
