as for risks, lol..all penny stocks are risky, but the ones with patents have the best potential..Frank Carlucci evidently agrees with me..he owns 4.1% of this company and I do not think he agrees with you

if in doubt? don't! do your own DD ..I did mine, I have a ton of PLRS and plan on accumulating more
