ESP - LOL!  I think if you've been following company long enough, you often do get a good sense of when things are going to happen based on past behavior (of the company). 

 EDIG looks like they actually do have a product to sell (unlike PTSC) and it does seem like a great product.  The law suit process "could be" a long rode - maybe not if the companies fold and buy licenses.  The license money could be used to help sell their existing product.  I've got a limit order to buy a few shares at 18.5 - we'll see.
