What's going on here is we are seeing the beginnings of what I believe will be a steady and continuing decline in stock price due to the issuance of 2 billion shares of stock. What it amounts to is a complete sellout of retail investors. The only ones who are going to make money are the flippers and the 3 big investors who own all the shares. Picture this scenario: Price continues to decline to the 1-3 cent range where it languishes for the next year while trials on going on. Then, after successful trial (and they will succeed), the board announces a 50 or 75 to one reverse split while price is still under a nickel. Do you want to be holding a large position at that point. I didn't and that is why I sold. GLT anyone who hangs on - time is not on your side. JMHO of course.
