Highlights Page 17 -33SCOTT WILSON RPA -----. DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Scott Wilson RPA considers the Brookbank Gold Deposit March 25, 2009 block models to be valid, reasonable, and appropriate for supporting the Mineral Resource estimate.
The main limitation to resource classification is the lack of close spaced drilling resulting in discontinuous pockets of Indicate Classification. Additional target drilling should allow the upgrade to Indicated. ---.

20 RECOMMENDATIONS
Scott Wilson RPA makes the following recommendations:
1. Diamond Drilling to upgrade the current resources from Inferred to Indicated and increase the current resource base, mainly by exploring the down-dip extensions of the current zones is recommended. A total of 58 diamond drill hole targets have been recommended on the Brookbank and Cherbourg deposits.
2. Collar and downhole wedge locations require additional review and confirmation.
3. Ontex should proceed with environmental baseline studies.
4. Sampling Method and Approach: ---.
5. Sample Preparation, Analyses and Security ---.
6. The QA/QC program requires significantly more sample data to be statistically valid, particularly for confirmation of gold distribution discrepancies observed in quartered core.
7. A comprehensive Specific Gravity (SG) program should be initiated to better understand the variability of the bulk density throughout the different deposits. Waste rock samples should also be assessed to determine the background specific gravity values. Data derived from these programs will improve the resource estimate.
8. The Placer Dome channel samples data should be reviewed to determine if these can be used in an updated resource model interpretation and estimate.
The proposed Ontex Brookbank Gold Deposit 2009 exploration program, totalling $2.35 million, is listed in Table 20-1. Scott Wilson RPA concurs with the work proposed by Ontex. ----.
