I don't think anyone would offer $150 per oz in situ...not unless the POG is consistently above 1000 per oz., and they were near production (or at least had a feasibility study in hand). For example, Osisko is currently valued at less than $85 per oz in situ (assuming a resource of 6.5 million oz, which does not include their South Barnat deposit ). Another example, Kinbauri Gold has over 900,000 oz M and I (nearly 2 million oz if you include inferred),will likely be in production late 2010, but they are currently being valued at about $10 per oz insitu (and that doesn`t include their current infrastructure such as 2000 tonne per day mill).
