The Ontex Share Option exercise price under the New Option Plan cannot be lower than the closing price of the common shares on the last trading prior to the date on which the Option is approved by the Board.

Immediately following Monday's AGM, a board meeting will likely be held, and if the New Option Plan was approved by shareholders, the directors will set the option price. Hopefully, the directors will appoint a new board member with mining credentials.
