I hear all the points you raise; however, they speak to a fairly recent acquisition of shares, likely on the buy up.

You should now that in October 2006, all ONT shareholders were given the opportunity, by way of financing, of essentially doubling up on their share holdings for $.10/sh.

Not a whole lot happened after that financing in terms of advancing the property, but a lot of us ended up with a lot more shares.

That was a year ago roughly.

This financing, a private placement, has not been handled well in terms of shareholder disclosure; however, the extra 4 million may well be what is needed to finally light a fire under this company.

There is no reason why we have stagnated this long. With the new and positive exposure from Kodiak et al, I am prepared to see this one through.

Sprott has a pretty good track record. Perhaps they will encourage Conn et al to finally get this company, and this property, the attention both deserve.

Of course, only time will tell.
