Did you guys read the latest Post Effective Amendment that was posted in SEC.   The original investor (who passed away) his astate is going to take longer than Omagine can weather, so Omagine is going to plan B.   The European fund investors are the next in line, and a possible bank if and when one of the investors do committ.   The first investor can then come in anytime.   This is one of those white Knuckle, pray alot moment.   Is anything going on in the meantime.   Also YA Global is getting more stock to keep things afloat.   A long shot, and still a glimmer of hope.
