I have often offered to write a draft 8k for Charlie, telling him I'd post it to this board so that he could grab it and edit it.  In every case, he politely declined while chuckling at my not so subtle efforts! 

I am sure we'll be hearing soon.  We're "only" 1/2-way through the month.
