The fact that the" Mina Sultan Qaboos" site is in the middle of a commercial setting is fantastic news from my vantage point. People visiting or buying, would much rather be looking out over our pearls, boardwalk, shops and harbor with smaller boats, than cranes,trucks and cargo ships eh?
