Thanks. I've finished reading the "Excerpts" ... what a novel! I will put my thoughts together and post on how I see things. But for now, I look at it as 2 steps forward, one step backward. Some definite set backs, but management has taken some excellent and proactive steps to get around the liquidity squeeze in the region.

I would even suggest that, given the discussions with not one, but two, large Chinese construction firms, we might consider building a resort on one of the many "new" Chinese islands under construction in the S. China Sea! The air strip is already there!
