Looks to me like lots of viable options on the table that could materialise in the short term.

CCC contract being re-structured due to liquidity challenges which the Chinese do not have.

I'm hopeful like Bill that an 8k is going to pop up soon and take the SP to all time highs!!!

I don't believe that technicals or shorts or anything else can prevent the SP rocketing once a financing agreement is signed and/or a Construction contract agreed.
