If you're a subscriber to ConstructionWeekOnline.com's daily updates, you'll see that payments for contractors in the gulf have been a problem for some time now. CCC being no exception, and if I'm not wrong they are also oil producers themselves.

Bit concerned about this CCC funding deal only being talked about in Q3 whereas the Omagine deals need to be completed by end June............to be continued!

I guess the take-away from all this is that you should always listen to your quantity surveyor!
