NICK, I understand your points concerning the inordinate delay ...but keep in mind that when the all important DA was FINALLY signed,as you stated, in October 2014, it then took until July 2015 (three quarters of a year) to get the UA "SIGNED AND REGISTERED" by the government. I don't believe the banks or CCC-Oman were in a position to "sign on the line which is dotted" of their respective contracts until the entire UA process was completed.Understanding the speed (or lack thereof) at which these important steps have moved forward thus far, the fact that it's now been about 8 months----you got it----less elapsed time than between the DA and UA..... all of a sudden it's not so startling is it? Sooooo, short of bailing out, about all we can do is hunker down and hang in there.......................I've tried this one before so I'll take another shot....... St Patrick's Day is this Thursday and Frank's (Drohan not Sinatra) birthday is this Friday the 19th of March. The fact that Frank held off being born two full days after his most important day of the year remains incomprehensible and one of those "mysteries of life" to me. My hope is that Francis (Drohan--not the Pope) will bring at least one of the important contracts to fruition on or before one of his big days. I also believe that this particular milestone in our leader's cronoligical age is a HUGE one. I'm not 100% certain,but I believe dirt wasn't discovered until AFTER Frank was born! Regards,....
