Old Guy , I don't doubt Frank's integrity or motivation . Indeed I referred to this situation as tragic because of the time , energy and emtional commitment spent by Frank, Charlie and Bill. ( CFO ) not our bill of the board.

Alton thanks for not your kind words regarding my departure. I repeat I would rather pay a lot more for the stock when the fundementals support the price.
