Bill Thank you for the thought , skiil and efffort evident in your reply. My age :73 works to my advantage: a. I have secured assets that permit me to take risks and I have experienced situations similar to Omagine. That is companies that show promise . I payed tuition to learn through my mistakes ie I had a stock ESPH that went to $1.80 which would have made me $20,000. Today it's $.06. That is the tution.

On the other hand I bought 15,000 shares of Fuelcell @ $.75 and sold within weeks @ $1.80. It went to $11.00 then tanked and did a 10 for 1 reverse split it's worth about $. 55 today I now have a modest holding I purchased in the $.50 range.

I bouhgt my first stock with my 8th grade graduating money. I retired 2000 because of a stock that returned 30 times my investment. I am very risk tolerant. However, the points I made in my post as well as the markets disinterest folowing each of our key milestones informed my deciion.

It has been a practice on this board to estimatethe value of omagine by dividing assets by the number of shares . The number$24.00 has been mentioned . The value of a stock is what the market is willing to pay when you want/need to sell.

I HOPE THAT THERE ARE/IS AN ASPECT OF THE CURRENT STATUS OF THE COMPANY , of which I am not aware that brings prosperity to all holders. I have taken my proceeds and bought traditional companies that have been beaten down these past weeks . I have the means to buy back into the company should I see encouragingg information. I would rather buy it @ $4 dollars under that senerio than buy now @ $1.20 now.
