but i think Omagines need for cash... lot's of it to build a 2.5B project, way overwhelms the opportunity it has to profit in the long run by it's low present stock price.

we all have the opportunity to profit here (although there always remains some element of risk, especially in MENA).... but minimum required cash flow is king for everybody. if you run out of cash nothing else matters.
