Agoracom - The company has stated it will file on or before the 5th calendar date from the "prescribed due date." Given the 15th falls on a Sunday and therefore the due date is the 16th, does this mean the new extended due date is Fri, Nov. 20th or will it fall into the following Monday?

My thinking is it would be by Fri, the 20th (if not sooner). Please confirm? Thank you.
