Just got a call from a fellow shareholder. This follows a message from my brother last night who also commented negatively on the 10K annual report. I think people may be misunderstanding that the 10k filing that just came out was only a correction from the annual report filed in March. It contains old news. So if sellers are reacting to it, read it again more carefully and keep in mind this was published many months ago.
