ALTON, here's my take on your question. We (the company) had mountains (one the size of Everest) to climb . The first one, and most critical, (without it we'd have absolutely nothing) was the DA signing. The euphoria was nice for a day or so, on and following October 4th 2014---but as we witnessed-- that euphoria was fleeting. I believe the reason was simply the fact that as we conquered that 29,000+ mountain, there appeared another large, but somewhat less formidible mountain--That was the UA (even though it was allegedly a "done deal" once the DA was signed--anything is possible in the Middle East). Let's call that one McKinley (now recently renamed Denali by our president). That one is only about 20,000 feet high, and when we got the UA signed, sealed and delivered, we then experienced another short lived burst of euphoria only to see the price settle back to under $1.50/share. Why, because we've still got Mt. Whitney at 14,500 feet (the Financing Agreement) and Pikes Peak at just over 14,000 feet (the CCC-Oman-Construction agreement) to clear the way and make believers out of big time investors. Ours is a penny stock at this juncture--nothing more---nothing less---BUT, I might add, with enormous potential. Most of the large institutional investors are prohibited from making investments into speculative PENNY stocks, and well heeled individual investors want to see us at least conquer BOTH Mt. Whitney and Pikes Peak, and see the price rise to--let's say for arguments sake--- $5.00/share to ideally get uplisted (NASDAQ) before opening their wallets. Until we get there, the stock has, and will, labor at levels those of us believers--can't believe! The delay in the accounting treatment (or perhaps the company's decision to delay announcing that decision) of the UA isn't helping our case either. My explanation may seem to some as a diatribe, but it is meant to simply face the facts of our collective situation. In essence what we have here is either an unbelievable buying opportunity...... or a bust. Those following my postings of constantly adding to my position, probably realize by now that my intuition lies with the former rather than the latter. As with everything in life, time will tell, ...Bill.
