Price is only a factor of Buyers vs. Sellers.

All the commentary about BV, URs Value (Average) etc. Even PWC blessing means very little until someone is willing to pay higher prices, for OMAG.

Is it even possible somebody, or a company can place a bid on the URs? not OMAG.

If the Donald called Frank and said I'll give you 350MM (Trump always lowballs) for URs. Could Frank sell them? Probably not. So where PWC puts on balance sheet, and what average value there is for these URs is meaningless.

Now if you'all want to keep talking about waypoints, and articles, and the financing etc. and their role giving the "perception" of value; whereas buyers (lots) will come off the sidelines and bid for shares...so be it, but a share will be a price somebody is willing to buy/sell.
