During WWII, V for Victory was a popular slogan here in the US. With respect to Omagine a V would stand for Volume. The stock has been languishing on low or, in some cases, no volume. With just 16 million shares outstanding and a lower float, a dramatic announcement or dramatic development would generate the needed volume to propel the stock to new heights and that would represent a Victory.
