This is the first of several limericks, this one to honor Frank for his contribution to the signing off the DA.

LIMERICK

There once was a man named Frank

Who helplessly watched his stock tank.

Then with planets aligned

The DA was signed

And Frank took it all to the bank.

Tomorrow we honor Charlie.
