Given the current, actual book value, and everything else, I don't think the dilution has anything to do with the recent price action. Esp considering the low volume.

It's probably the market's concern that Bill is leaving town again and going to sin city ... they're worried he'll lose his shirt. Or, I might be reading too much into this!
