I never understood how answering your question on the Internet could possible represent a leg up. ON a happier note seems like prediction remain a waste of time and the ongoing delays persist with no explaination.

And my previous post did say that in my humble opinion that announcing a date to sign would have little impact on the stock since all of the delays associated with every announcement would make a firm date hard to believe. I think only the actual signing will cause the stock to really start to take off. Obviously I have no idea if I'm right. Only the market will give us that answer. In the mean time its sort of a moot point since we have neither. Perhaps the increase volume to the upside is a foreshadower of good things to come
