MOONER, belive me the Omanis don't need my help at making excuses. They, my friend, wrote the book on excuses. Just ask Frank (Drohan not Sinatra). My point is that perhaps they might just start looking into a few more fighter jets, a load of tanks and add that newest phenomenon, the Iron Dohme. I'm just "sayin" that I'd hate to build something as beautiful as Omagine only to have the "roaches" from Iraq and Syria do what they do best. In fact it's about the only thing they do!---Bill.
