Good! I was hoping to bring a little levity to the board. Hopefully Charlie will be out of town soon ... and we'll hear of a signing date. My guess is that the next 8k will not say "done deal", but will announce a specific date for the signing. This makes sense so as to maximize exposure to this momentus happening (when it does happen). It will also provide HM with yet another opportunity to gripe about no news, etc.
