Sorry Im not convinced. Bigger question is why are you even cautiously optmisitic? Becasue they say so for the 1000x. Despite so-called pos news there is more review and no date. After all thsi time why wasnt a date offered? Once upon a time even the optimist where clamoring for a date and anything less was a failure. The fact that you have down regulated your expectations to accomodate more inexcusable delays is your choice but NO DA date to me is still a failure. Maybe there will be another mystery piece of paper or one more meeting ... who knows but in light of the history of all the players no signed DA is exactly that NOthing
