I would think that with nearly 4 weeks gone, the DA should be signed without another meeting. If we're looking at another meeting, we're looking at another 4-6 weeks. Then Ramadan will be in the picture again. Nothing ever happens on a Monday either. Just like being happy your car wasn't made on a Monday, you know hang over and all.
