Well at least people are begining to admit that this deal will be lucky to get done and if it ever does will probably look very different. Management I guess is powerless and paralyzed to do anything from what you are suggesting. If so they shoud pull the plug rather than be hosed. Little integrity worth it in my book. Amazing how there is virtually nothing to discuss yet suddenly all the players are gone from the table with managenent twiddling their thumbs. Hated to be right but I told you so
