We've had articles written in this past year with Omagine mentioned as an upcoming project that should be completed (incuding construction) before 2020. The media will not publish an article about a project that hasn't gotten to the final stage of signing papers until those papers are signed.

Right now it's about the MOH and what is going on over there. We are not familiar with them, how fast they complete tasks, or who Omagine's contacts are in the MOH to push their paperwork to the top of the pile.

It's just a matter of when, and it's a dreadfully slow waiting game.
