Proof is in the pudding and right now the pudding is not cooked enough. Agree that the RCA should be all over this like white on rice. I have zero confidence that a signing date will be announced soon. It's been exactly a year since the MOT head told Frank he'd sign the DA shortly after his return to Oman. That was May 2013 for crying out loud!!

I feel so conflicted. Everything points to this getting done soon ... yet I've run out of rationalizations to keep me going. But I have no choice. I have to stay in. Hate this ...
