A lot of times these automated "reports" have glitches in them. Case in point: "William Hanley, Principal Accounting Officer of OMAGINE INC Buys $61,936,642 Worth of $OMAG".

I think we would have noticed $62 million in trades. And, while I don't know Mr. Hanley, something tells me that if he had $62m, he wouldn't be working for a living. Just a guess.
