In the interest of keeping this light hearted, in terms of head count, we out vote management. Of course, if you want to take the vote by number of shares held, we lose!

Also, we are aware that management has up to 4 days to release any material information ... but in the past, such information has usually been released within a day. This is why some of us are getting nervous ...
