Had to Google his name ... completely forgot about him! For those not in the know, Hiroo was the last Japanese soldier to surrender ... in the early 1970s! He was in the Phillppeans. I suspect he would have beheaded someone, as was the Imperial Army's custom back then, for not signing the DA in a timely fashion .... before quitting!
