First quick response to ALton. From the tone and content of your many recent posts its clear that you are frustrated and my concerns are genuine and perhaps struck a nerve that is exposed from this never ending debacle. Perhaps blinded by anger you have completely missed my points. Its not that I am so sure that the project will fail but my complete dismay that you are so sure it will suceed. Nothing has worked out for years and the " It must be so beciuse I said so" dried up a long time ago.. I like you want the project to be a huge success but have no faith whatsoever in any of the players. Why in the worls would anyone have faith when the project is a poster child for miscommuincation and incompetence in nearly every way?

Now once again we are supposedly so close. Why because again they say so? Please!!! One more meeting to review the DA for the 1000th time and then set a date fo the DA which now management says should waitt for the deed to be signed. How utterly disappointing that there is still a major issue. Remeber when changing the deed was deemed as inconsequentilal? Well, where the heck is it? I guess not a minor but rather a major prbolem after all. Once again this fabulous news was greeted by the markets with sheer skepticism: Minimal volume and barely a price bump which quickly died

I just dont see how this news is anyting different from the past- more ambiguity, open ended issues and no real time line and still without a DA and deed. You feel good about this, than please send me whatever it is your smokin

And Al I appreciate your concern for my well being. My attitude is rather healthy. I \dont buy bs and nonsensical explanations. Its served me well as I am sure you would consider me rather successful on amy levels but that really isnt germain to this issue
