What if we would have left the deed alone. It sounded like they gave us a choice to keep it the way it was or make the change, I wonder if they would have had to revise the deed even if we left it the way it was. How much of a difference did it make on the overall project if Frank would have said don't revise the deed and leave the plot the way it is.
