Rather amazing Al that you cant seem to understand skepticism. Why, is really a far more interesting question. Its about time other people voice there concerns after nothing but premature celebrations. No matter how far fetched the excuses are those dying to attend the so-called signing party in New York manage to ignore the continued litany of excuses and apparent lack of a firm commitment by whomever is actually running the show for the Omani's. As has been pointed out numerous times if the Sultan is so hot for this deal and its been delayed so many years why is his voice absent.

The never ending excuses by board members, now a conspiracy theory, are never supported by facts just unfounded allegations by those unwilling to admit the only real truth- THERE IS NO DEAL and even more alarming no time frame for a deal to be inked. This is the only fact that is available to us. For whatever reason this deal seems impossible to finish. I have no idea why but unless someone knows somehting not in the public domain I doubt anyone does. Therefore all of the excuses being thrown around dont even rise to the level of an educated guess or hypothesis

This seems like an amazing project which would have remarkable benefits to all involved on both sides but something or someone seems intent on letting it die a slow and cruel death. I was so hopeful 3 weeks ago but once again have lost faith for the details seem to be getting more clouded rather than clearer after all this time. What a shame.
