Thank you Frank and Charley for this information. Sounds like the MOH needs to get it in gear,draft the new deed and get it to the MOT so we can get the DA signed. A lot of information was passed in this short time to bring this to a conclusion. I appreciate the RCA and those involved to move this along. Maybe the the deal will be done by the 2nd week of April, although every bump in the road has taken 3-6 weeks to resolve. Keep your fingers crossed.
