My understanding from last week's 8k was that the approval of the RCA would take place this weekend once the CIO got back from Singapore ... with either/or a phone call or email to the head of the MOT. So my guess is that the head of their housing ministry has now been asked (today or tomorrow) to work up a new deed. That should, hopefully not take more than a week. No meeting was needed. Just a call or an email. Maybe we'll hear by Thurs (Fri/Sat is their weekend). Or Monday at the latest.
